Past Guest Testimonials
Oh my gosh, I can’t say enough about what being interviewed on the Etsy Conversations podcast has meant to my business. Not only did I get a huge spike in traffic to my Etsy store, but I sold some coaching sessions and “met” a bunch of really great Etsy sellers who messaged me or commented on the Etsy Conversations Facebook group.
If you are on the fence about whether to ask to appear, DO IT! Ijeoma is a very good interviewer and always tries to bring out the best of her guests. I know I enjoy listening because right when I think, “I wish she would ask this”, she does!
In addition, I feel like I am so much further ahead in my Etsy sales just by listening to the podcast (yes I binge listened to ALL of them as soon as I found it on iTunes). I figured that if my story could help anyone else the way that I have been helped then it would be worth it.
Don’t think, “I am too new” or “I don’t have enough sales”, everyone’s story has some nuggets of wisdom that we could all hear!
Tara Jacobsen, Marketing Artfully & Etsy shop Paperly People
Thank you for having me on your podcast. Since the episode aired, I have had over 40 sales, and November just became my best selling month ever.
In any case, I just wanted to say thanks 🙂

Thanks for including us in your podcast and working with us!
We really had some great success exposing our Etsy store to a new audience as well as build our social media presence in Twitter and Facebook. It was well worth the time and effort!

I had a person contact me about a wholesale order! She said a friend listened [to the podcast] and told her about it.

**IMPORTANT: Please include ALL the following when submitting the form to be on the podcast:
- Your Etsy shop or business name – if you’ll be talking about a business that is related to Etsy and you don’t have an Etsy shop then your business or website name is just fine
- Your Skype ID – the interview is recorded over Skype; via audio only, no video (check out the “How We Do This” page).
- Your links – i.e. Etsy shop, blog or website, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google Plus, etc. (links to anywhere you would like listeners and site visitors to find you).
- Your logo – ideally it should be at least 1000px X 1000px. If you don’t have a logo you can send me any picture e.g. of an item you made, that you feel is representative of your shop and your brand.
- Your bio – a short bio of you and your business (or the products you sell).
- Focus areas – is there something you want to be sure I mention and that we discuss on the podcast? If you have a cause you support, a special service you provide, a new book, promotional offer, etc. …let me know about that too!
Totally optional (but nice to have): for the best sound for your recording, you’ll also need a USB headset with a microphone (if you have an older computer) OR just headphones or earbuds if you have a newer computer with a built-in microphone. If you have an iPad, I would recommend Skyping on that (not with the earbuds though), its built-in mic works great for recordings.
