The highly decorative pieces in Blooming Lights Artist are made from recycled bottles and designed to create beautiful art from items that most people would perceive to be waste or rubbish.
Pieces are comprised of plastic bottles which have been cut, sanded and then pieced together on a copper tubing frame with led lights then handed-painted and poly finished.
Every one is unique. The inspiration from them stems from the artist’s curiosity about plastic as a material; applying a combination of creative design and artistic skills to transform the overlooked into the beautiful.
